How do I book an appointment ?

To book a session with me fill in the form provided on the Get in touch link. You will then be contacted and we can discuss your needs in more detail.

What is Remote Counselling?

Remote Counselling is counselling sessions conducted online via  Zoom video conferencing. You will need access to a computer or laptop with internet and and a private space.

Why choose this method?

 Online Counselling takes place within a secure, encrypted environment to offer you confidentiality and safety. You can attend your counselling session from the comfort of your place of choosing minimising travel arrangements. You will still be able to see your Counselor face to face.

What assessments are required ?

A parent interview questionnaire is undertaken to have an idea of family life and issues that the child/young person may be experiencing.

How long are sessions ?

All sessions are for 50 minutes and usually occur weekly on  the same day and time.

Cost of sessions

All sessions are priced at £60 per session this is payable through bank transfer. Payment is due after the session commences.
